the complete sequence of the pvy
Haha, I will got the complete sequences of the O and N strains, the rest work now are sequencing them and then I got the complete sequences.
Phusion is really better than Dynazyme polymerase, I make the control, there are the target band when I used the Phusion, but there are nothing using the Dynazyme.
but anyway, it is really expensive for the Phusion polymerase, maybe several times than the common ones.
